The surprising holiday event continues from November 25 through December 22, providing free additional story content for Shadows players.

According to the authorized statement, "An unusual confrontation leads protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where rumors of banned practices and monstrous transformations resonate through the obscurity." The plot presents a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a clandestine sect.

The mission focuses on "bizarre tests and a monstrous adversary" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Places and Metamorphoses

The preview highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser finishes with a striking sequence showing a character, probably the hostage, morphing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.

Players who finish the adventure will acquire an exclusive katana alongside numerous artifacts hidden throughout the area in concealed chests. The update also features purchasable Attack on Titan item packs, including:
