Trump's Granddaughter Receives Professional Guidance from Tiger Woods Prior to Professional Golf First Appearance

Young golfer getting ready for significant tournament

The rising star boasts impressive social media audience

Kai Trump will have numerous prominent cheerleaders as she makes her LPGA debut on Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, received a tournament invitation to compete at the Annika competition in Florida.

Her grandfather, a passionate golfer, operates multiple courses worldwide and frequently competes against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we play some close matches," she revealed.

The golfer shared that her grandfather, unable to come, advised her: "Simply stay calm."

"My grandpa practically advised me to compete and relax," she explained.

"In my eyes, he's just a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's occupied with world affairs, making him somewhat preoccupied."

Being non-professional, the golfer has participated in just three tournaments this year and holds the 461st position in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

Yet she can get advice from 15-time major champion, in a relationship with Kai's mother.

"He is the greatest golfer worldwide," the young golfer said.

"And he's a superior person. He suggested me to play, relax, following the flow."

Kai will face multiple the biggest names in professional golf at the competition, such as second-ranked the champion, British Charley Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

The LPGA mentioned that involving Kai exposes golf to new audiences, specifically reaching younger fans.

The young star maintains a massive following and just introduced her own fashion and living label.

She begins at 17:30 GMT.
